R.I.P.P.E.D. The one stop body shock.   The instructor is Dolcy Jones.

Silver Sneakers

A class designed for the senior population, but the benefits can be enjoyed by people of all ages.  If you are of age for Medicare and you have Geisinger or Highmark Insurance, you may be able to attend this class for free!!

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold uses the Zumba formula with modified moves and pacing.  This form of Zumba is most suitable for active older participants and Zumba beginners.

Kick Boxing

Burn about 350-450 calories an hour as you punch, jab, and kick your way toward better balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.

Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India, aimed at controlling (‘yoking’) and stilling the mind, and recognizing the detached ‘witness-consciousness’ as untouched by the activities of the mind and mundane suffering

Cardio Circuit

This fat burning workout takes you through a variety of cardio and strength training exercises to maximize your calorie burn.

Core Strengthening

Strengthening the core improves your body’s immunity , as it enhances blood circulation throughout your systems.
