Classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery.

Silver Sneakers

A class designed for the senior population, but the benefits can be enjoyed by people of all ages.  If you are of age for Medicare and you have Geisinger or Highmark Insurance, you may be able to attend this class for free!!


The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!  Fanatics achieve long-term benefits, while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold uses the Zumba formula with modified moves and pacing.  This form of Zumba is most suitable for active older participants and Zumba beginners.
