Silver Sneakers

A class designed for the senior population, but the benefits can be enjoyed by people of all ages.  If you are of age for Medicare and you have Geisinger or Highmark Insurance, you may be able to attend this class for free!!

Strut ‘n’ Stroll

A walk party for your feet!  Originally designed for the senior population, this walk-to-the-music exercise combines easy arm movements with walk and dance steps for a total body workout.  Appeals to all age groups.  Easy and effective for everyone.  Come out for a good time – and bring a friend!

Zumba

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold uses the Zumba formula with modified moves and pacing.  This form of Zumba is most suitable for active older participants and Zumba beginners.
