An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

R.I.P.P.E.D. The one stop body shock. This 50- minute class is a series of high-intensity segments designed to burn calories (750-1,000 calories in a single class) and tone the body using resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance and diet. This class is offered on Thursdays from 6-7 p.m. The instructor is Dolcy Jones.
