An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Kickboxing melts fat faster, tones the whole body, and teaches you self-defense move. This sport combines the punches of boxing with the kicks of karate. Kickboxing relieves stress and aggression, making you feel more confident. This class is offered every Wednesday from 6 – 7:00 pm, instructor is Jill Vega.
