Programs for Children

The MACC offers several high quality programs for children. Your kids will have fun, and learn something in the process!

Lock-In

The lock-in is where any kid in grades 5-8 can come to the MACC and spend the night. During the night we will have numerous structured games, pizza, movies, etc. Drop off is between 6:00 and 10:00 P.M. Pick up is between 7:00 and 8:00 A.M. Cost is $11.00 for members, and $14.00 for non-members.

Youth Lock-In

The youth lock-in is where any kid in grades K-4 can come to the MACC for a couple of hours of fun. We play structured games, provide pizza, and more. This type of lock-in goes from 6:00 to 11:00 P.M. Cost is $10.00 for members, $12.00 for non-members.

Pre-School Activity Time

Pre-school activity time is where kids ages 3-5 can come to the MACC and have the opportunity to socialize with other kids, be introduced to their ABC’s and 123’s, play in the gym for exercise, have story time, snack time and much more. Runs for 6 weeks in 4 sessions per year. Cost is $40.00 for members, $50.00 for non-members.

Latch Key Program

We are offering a latch key program in which kids can be bussed from school to the MACC and have supervised recreational activities, a snack, and help with homework. Cost is $10.00 for members, $20.00 for non-members.

Beginner/Intermediate Gymnastics

(Ages 4-8)

During each class, students will be provided the opportunity to safely explore the art of movement through skills development in tumbling, beam work, & basic techniques. Will run for six weeks. Cost is $50.00 for members, $60.00 for non-members.

Teen Adventure Program

If you are 13-16 years old, you are invited to participate in a new program created by the Middlecreek Area Community Center. Community Service and Adventure Challenge are the two themes of this program. Community Service could include volunteering at a senior center, or helping someone with yard work, while Adventure could include white water rafting, hiking, kayaking, flying, or climbing. You may join this program at anytime. Sign up at the MACC or call for more details. This program is free to join.

Day Camp

Eight Weekly Sessions

Weekdays (M-F) June 14-August 6

Breakfast, lunch and a snack will be provided.

Day Camp encourages children to grow socially, physically, and intellectually in a safe and nurturing environment. Each day our staff strive to create a positive atmosphere where youth can experience a variety of exciting summer activities. MACC Summer Camp events are designed to promote fitness, challenge, fun competition, wonder of the natural environment and creativity. We offer two options depending on your child’s age.

Discovery Camp

A great introduction to a full day summer camp program. Most of the day is spent at the MACC. $35 per week.

Ages 4-5, 8:30 A.M.-1 P.M.

Explorer Camp

$55 per week.

Ages 6-12, full day 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M.
